Corsica Campsites
As I mentioned in a previous post, there are currently about 240 campsites in Corsica. I have included a sample list below to give you an idea about the type of facilities you can expect to find.
The Tourist Offices in Corsica can provide additional information on campsites and other forms of accomodations.
(I apologize for not including the addresses on the map itself. I’m listing them here for now to save some time).

Remember that star ratings can be a bit misleading. Camping Alivetu in Corte has a superb location but no swimming pool or tennis courts or a restaurant so it gets a 1 star rating. Camping Araguina in Bonifacio isn’t fancy either but you can walk to Bonifacio.
On a future post I’ll be sure to include locations in the interior of the island.

Camping Les Oliviers in Ile Rousse is one of the largest on the island but very spacious and, although well patronised after mid-July, never has a sense of being overcrowded. It has good facilities, is family run, is 100 metres from the sea and just a 10-minute walk east from the town centre. As someone who’s stayed there over 20 times I can’t recommend it highly enough!

Camping Tuani in the Restonica valley just west out of Corte is in a stunning location, being right next to the river some five miles up the valley. It’s small, with great walks nearby, especially further up the valley, but go there before mid-July as it does get crowded after that.
Hi Robert,
I appreciate those tips and I’ll be sure to stop by those and check them out on my next visit.
Thanks for stopping by!
