Though I’ve always enjoyed hiking and camping, for a long time I avoided joining a hiking excursion in Corsica because frankly, I didn’t know what to expect and I wasn’t sure if I would be able to hike and camp out for 6 or 7 days in a row. Finally this year I gave it a try and it turned out to be one of the most amazing experiences I’ve had in my travels to this island so far.

I’ve put together a mini guide with a list of tips and Frequently Asked Questions in the hopes that it may help other travelers decide if a Mediterranean Adventure Trip would be right for them.

Despite some minor inconveniences, the chance to be wholeheartedly immersed in the language, culture and natural scenery of a land is a life-changing experience that no other form of travel can match.
